Maciej has over a decade of experience as an engineer, Tech Lead, and Engineering Manager. He has built mobile and web products at companies like Zendesk, Comarch, and Scaleworks. After moving to Web3, he led mission-critical engineering teams at Protocol Labs to launch the Filecoin Virtual Machine and Interplanetary Consensus.
